Breakfast: Oatmeal + Pecans + Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows (12 marshmallows=100 calories! Definitely a low calorie dessert choice)

Lunch: My leftover Creamy Delicata Squash Pasta recipe

Dinner: Everything In the kitchen sink skillet: Brown Rice + Spinach + Garlic + Black Beans + Salsa +Shredded Cheese. This is definitely one of my go to staples for an easy meal. Includes all the components of MyPlate: Whole Grains (brown rice) + Protein (beans) + Vegetables (spinach) + Fruit (salsa)+ Dairy (cheese)

Snack: Pumpkin Walnut Muffin that I demolished in 2.2 s after spin class and forgot to take a picture of. Trust me, it was delicious!
