What I Ate Wednesday

picstitch-5Breakfast: Oatmeal (1/2 c. Old Fashioned Oats + 1 1/2 c. Water + 1 tsp Chia Sees + 1 tbsp Ricotta Cheese + Sprinkle of Pumpkin Pie Granola + Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice)

Coffee: Consumed en route to work

Snack: Pumpkin Pie bar from Trader Joe’s! Love, love love this bar, tastes just like a mini pumpkin pie 🙂

Lunch: Bagel Thin with Light Cream Cheese + Baby Carrots with Jalapeño Greek Yogurt Dip + 1/2 Banana

Dinner: Un-photogenic but delicious Penne Pasta Bake. Definitely a good comfort food for cool fall nights like tonight. Plus a few pieces of candy corn for dessert.

Snack: TBD post-spin class 🙂
