Breakfast: Big Bowl of Oatmeal and a cup of Foldger’s Vanilla Biscotti Coffee to go, which is my new favorite coffee.
Lunch: 2 Open Faced Avocado Tuna Flats (1 sandwich thin + 1 can tuna in water + 1 tbsp mayo + dash(es) of Buffalo Sauce + 1/2 Avocado) + Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt + Large Glass of Ice Water
Snack: Fresh Grapes
Dinner: Homemade Crock-pot Chicken and Dumplings + Large Glass of Ice Water
Snack: Tazo Decaf Chi Tea Latte mixed with Skim Milk. Hmmm tastes like fall!
