What I ate Wednesday…

Breakfast: The usual bowl of oatmeal loaded up with some Nature Box granola and chia seeds


Lunch: The employee BBQ, and no I was not shy and took advantage of the free lunch. And yes on my plate you see ribs, chicken, mac n’ cheese, baked beans, corn muffin, and a lemon ice off to the side. I probably only ended up eating 50% of it, but I wanted to try everything 🙂


Snack: Apple

Dinner: Sautéed Spinach with edamame, and 2 slices of toast on the side. Nothing exciting, I was still too full from lunch.


Snack: Strawberries and chocolate covered almonds 🙂
