Today I have a quick and healthy recipe that can be used as a breakfast, snack, or even dessert…a berry smoothie!
– 1cup baby spinach
– 1 banana
– 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
– Handful of raw almonds
– dash of cinnamon
– ~1 cup to 1 1/2 cup milk
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. This made enough for 2 large glasses. I love the chew that the nuts add. Smoothies are the perfect treat for a Saturday!
