So “Nemo” has arrived and I did not have a fun commute home from work today. Anytime I have to drive in the snow I have a mini panic attack, not so much for the fact that I don’t know how to drive in the snow but that the cars around me do not. Regardless I made it home and am now ready to be snowed in!
When it is snowing outside the first thing to do is order take-out 🙂 I had a baked roasted red pepper and fresh mozzarella sub with balsamic. Delicious! And of course a glass of the fine Finger Lakes wine to compliment. As research says, red wine may be heart healthy when it is drank in moderation.
Now, with the weather being all snowy I don’t really feel like going out to the gym to exercise. This is where youtube videos can be the perfect substitute for an exercise class and provide a great at home workout. By searching around you can really find a wide variety of classes from Cross Fit to Yoga to Zumba. If you do three 10 minute videos then you meet the recommended CDC guidelines for health benefits.
