Healthy Cookies

We all like cookies, well if you’re normal anyways 😉 But cookies can be filled with a lot of fat, sugar, and who knows what other processed stuff. My sister sent me a link for these two-ingredient cookies. I was a little skeptical at first but they turned out great!

Ingredients:

– 2 Ripe Bananas

– 1 Cup Oatmeal

Combine the two ingredients in a bowl. I used a potato masher. Then you can bake as is, or add your favorite mix-ins. I added raisins, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon chips. Just add a small amount of mix-ins so the cookies will still bind together. Then bake at 325F for about 12 min on a greased cookie sheet. Then let cool and enjoy! They are great right out of the oven, but I also like them cold out of the fridge. Simple, Healthy, and Delicious, what more could you ask for?
